Shipping information

Order Confirmation & Processing

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your order. As soon as your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Package Inspection

Always inspect your package before accepting or collecting it. If the parcel appears damaged, do not accept it. In such cases, immediately report the issue to the shipping carrier and contact us via email.

International Shipping

At the moment, we only offer shipping within Sweden. We are planning to expand the shipping more globally in the near future.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
